Double room available in a two bedroom flat on Holystone cresent to share with 24 year old male professional. Flat has GCH, electric shower, cable internet (and maybe tv, not decided if i'll get it yet), spacious living room and private back garden. Close to the local shops and minutes from a massive sainsburys. The rent is £67.50 every tuesday and there is a £275 deposit. The room is available from 1st August and there will be 11 months left on the lease. I'm a smoker, reasonably tidy but by no means a neat freak and also keep very well behaved and tame pet rats. I just moved down from Glasgow last week and am working in a shop in the city centre. I'm happy to share with a student but you would still be expected to pay half of the council tax.

I get up 6am - 8am.  My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is retail. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.
