I am moving to Jackson at the of the month to start a new job, and have a place but need a roommate! It's Cherry Grove apartments if you want to check it out. It's a 2nd floor apartment w/ an alarm, two good size rooms, and two fulls bathrooms so we don't have to share.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party occasionally.

I live in a 1 person co-ed household. Age 25 - 25.  My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is hospitality. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.

The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, carpet, storage, gym, fireplace, laundry, tennis, dishwasher, pool. Your room is unfurnished. It features phone jack, cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - 150, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $75.00.

I just want someone who is responsible and will always have rent on time, someone who is laid back and cleans up after themselves. I work a lot, but in my free time I work out, play guitar, and just like to have a good time...let me know if you are interested! I prefer living w/ females because I get along w/ them better, but guys are ok too. Outside smoking only please.

I enjoy Musician, Guitars, motorcycles, working out, movies, laughing, anything fun.  I listen to Everything, I write my own music! Country, rock, 80s..etc.  My favorite books are Sci Fi, Fantasy.  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch Don"t watch tv much.  Movies I enjoy the most are Science Fiction movies, edies, drama.
