About me and my place
I own a 3 bedroom condo in Sun Prairie. Easy access to 151. I am a non-smoker but don't mind if people smoke outside. I've got cable, internet and central air. There's a lil patio for grilling on in the back. There's a full basement with laundry and you can use it and store stuff if need be.
I get up after 12pm.I go to bed after 2am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.
I live in a 1 person male only household. Age 35 - 36.  My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is manufacturing/ production. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.
The house is located at Sun Prairie Northwest. The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, carpet, storage, parking, laundry. Your room is unfurnished. It features cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - 500.00, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $0.00.
I am looking for
A responsible person who needs a place to stay. Man or woman doesn't matter. I pretty much keep to myself anyway as my last roommate can attest to. Last roommate had small dogs. pets would be something to discuss. ( I'm allergic to cat litter, but if you are a fanatical litter box cleaner we might be ok. ) I'm putting Aug First down as a move in date, because I need to repaint the upstairs bathrooms and fizx some screens but if you have an OMG moment and need in sooner make me aware of it.
My flatmate preferences
I am looking for flatmates between the ages of 25 and 45. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only.  I do not mind a household with children.  I don't mind if my roommates have a pet cat, a pet dog.   
My interests
I enjoy Writing, Movies, Board Games, kareoke, walking, biking..  I listen to Great Big Sea, Bare Naked Ladies, Soundtracks, Loreena McKennit, a Fine Fenzy, Beatles..  My favorite books are Watership Down, Ender"s Game, Chocolat, Encyclopedias.  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch Who"s Line is it Anyway?, Star Trek, CSI, Mythbusters, Iron Chef.  Movies I enjoy the most are t5he Quiet Man, Braveheart, Casino Royale, all the Harry Potters.
