I have got a room to let immediately in a shared house on Berkeley Road East off Coventry Road near 24 hrs ASDA. Everything is in walking distance from the house. 3 people already living in the house which are 2 females and 1 male. I am looking for a female to let the room of any nationality which is preferred but males also considerable. The rent is £120 per month which is excluding bills. bills are shared between the house s on the start of the month such as ( internet, water, electricity & gas) when the bills e. viewing can be arranged immediately.
I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.
