We were originally 6 girls but one of us has decided to drop out of uni so we have a spare room going in our house in Hyde Park, Leeds. The address is 8 Regents terrace, its a student area. we have 2 bathrooms good sized lounge and kitchen, pretty small (but still there) garden which I plan on making look nice. As for us, we all just finished 1st year and are going into 2nd at Leeds uni, all up for a bit of a laugh, enjoy our parties and clubs with pulsory duvet days and takeaways to cure the hangovers the next day!

I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party occasionally.

I live in a 5 person female only household. Age 18 - 21.  My work schedule is best described as "student". My professional occupation is student/ undergraduate. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.

The house is most ideal for a student, as we all our ourselves but were not adverse to anyone, employed or unemployed, male or female. were looking for someone who wants to stay the whole year, until June 2009. just get in touch if your interested! p.s rent is £62 pw, not including bills. estate agents are a bit pants but we have to pay quarterly so the £2800 above this is a guesstimate of how much the whole year will cost and the £800 is the amount due in the first quarter.

I am looking for flatmates between the ages of 18 and 26. I don't mind if my roommates smoke.  I prefer a household without children.  I prefer a household without pets.  I prefer living only with students. 

I enjoy clubbing, pubbing, movies, running, badminton, mooching around.  I listen to d"n"b, indie, electro, hip hop (when drunk), bez"s madchester hits are ace.  My favorite books are catch 22, harry potter, one of us does eng lit soes shes pretty into the reading scene.  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch prison break, desperate houswives, peep show, inbetweeners, bascially if its on 4od we watch it.  Movies I enjoy the most are pulp fiction, anchorman, sex and city, alien, lord of the rings, withnail and I, borat.
