It's double bedroom (not huge but a decent size) in a large modern two bedroom top floor flat in the Regency apartment near St Enoch. The flat es with a bathroom with shower over bath, a fully equiped kitchen (fridge freezer washer/dryer diswasher), a large living room and dining area with an amazing view and free access to a gym with CV machines and w on the ground floor. The rent is £312.5 per month + £53 bills (insurance, electricity, bt line rental, broadband internet). I'm a 26 yo french female PhD student writing my thesis from home so I need a quiet environment but i'm still often up for a chat/diner/drink/movie/gig/... and even a big night out from time to time. I like music, cinema, reading novels, dancing, baking cakes, watching series, laughing, watching football and much more! I don't like narrow-minded people and dirty bathrooms!

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party weekends.

I live in a 1 person female only household. Age 26 - 26.  My work schedule is best described as "student". My professional occupation is student/ graduate. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.

A friendly considerate open-minded clean&tidy flatmate. CT is expensive so I guess a student would be best.
