I have a spare double bedroom, which is bright, airy, and spacious. The flat is a huge one with two double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with an area to sit and eat too. The lounge is quite big too with two sofas, plenty of space for books, huge windows with a view to the Meadows and a dining area. There is also plenty of storage area, with a separate box room as well as a cupboard. The flat is in the Marchmont/Newington area right oppo the Meadows It's quiet and safe, and very close to the Vet School and the Hospital for Sick Children. It is only a few minute walk from the City Centre and next plenty of bus stops and various pubs/bars/shops. I am a 31 yo Greek guy who works as a Civil Servant and I am quiet - yet outgoing - who likes socialising, meeting new people, going to restaurants, and bars, and wouldn't mind having the odd party every now and again. The monthly (calendar) rent is £375 plus Council Tax (around £75) and the Gas/Electricity bills. There is also a broadband connection and a landline, which may be shared or not depending on the new flatmate's wish. The room will be empty from the end of June onwards.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.
