Hi everyone, I have a lovely room to rent in a newly built flat in Adwick. It is a double room which is furnished to a high standard. There is parking available, and the flat is 1 minute walk to the 192 bus stop which takes 5 minutes to get to town and appromiately 25 minutes to get to Stockport. It is easy walking distance to the universities, town, picadilly train station, the Apollo, wilmslow road, Asda, Tesco, as well as loads of other stuff! My current flatmate and I are the first people to live in the flat, it is brand new. The room is available from June 1st, as my flatmate is moving out. I am a reasonably tidy, easy going, considerate 20 year old girl. I work full time, and do the early shift so I am usually in bed pretty early on week nights. I enjoy the usual things, like watching DVDs, going shopping, going to bars, chilling with friends etc. I am looking for someone genuine and easy going, who is reasonably tidy. The rent is £300 per month, plus bills it would probably be in the region of £400. The flat has been built to be very economical, it is double glazed and has a leak detector fitted for the water. There is free wireless internet connection. I can supply pictures if required. I get up before 6am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party occasionally.

I am looking for flatmates between the ages of 18 and 99. I don't mind if my roommates smoke.  I prefer a household without children.  I don't mind if my roommates have a pet cat, a pet dog.   

I enjoy cinema, DVDs, music, being with friends, bars.  I listen to all kinds!.  My favorite books are i dont read that much anymore.  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch i dont really watch tv that much, but when i do i like edy shows or hollyoaks :).  Movies I enjoy the most are so many!! my favourites are horrors and edies, but i like others too.
