Am looking to rent out a room in my 3 bedroom house, to an easy going professional. I bought the house a couple of years ago and have gradually refurbished it to a lovely warm fy house. It's a 3 bedroom house, but my 2 current housemates are going abroad next year, so am looking to rent out a room. The house is a good sized end of terrace, about 10mins walk from Sainsbury's in Selly Oak (towards Harborne). Downstairs is a large kitchen diner, lounge, toilet, walk in cupboard and porch. Upstairs there are 2 double rooms and a smaller single room - and a bathroom of course! Outside is a cute little garden with decking, bbq, shed etc. I'm an easy going professional who enjoys evenings in with friends and occasional drunken nights out... although think I'm getting old now! Prefer my sport, play lots of hockey... running etc etc. I work in the NHS am usually work weekdays and am around at weekends. I'm happy to decorate the room as required provided it's not pink with green spots.........!! The house has wireless broadband, SkySports, a Wii.... erm, lots of stuff!!

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party occasionally.

I live in a 1 person female only household. Age 25 - 25.  My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is health services. Children do not live with me. I have a pet cat.

I'm looking for a trustworthy, professional around 25-35 to share my house with - male or female.... everything in the house is shared so you're wele to use whatever is around. Non-smoker essential and a pet lover needed - I have 2 cats... :) I pay all bills excluding phone bill, gas and electricity......

I enjoy hockey, running, mountain biking, walking, diy.  I listen to hoosiers, kaisers, killers - that kinda stuff... plus any old cheese!!.  My favorite books are don"t really get time to read.  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch erm.... diy stuff usually to help make the house better!! :).  Movies I enjoy the most are anything with a soppy love story in!.
